Before signing up for personal training or group classes, all moms meet with me one-on-one for a free consultation. This is when we talk about everything from your goals and your fitness background to your birth experience, if applicable, so we can start making a plan to get you where you want to go.
If after your consultation you think personal training or Mom Strong Classes would be a good fit for you (and I hope you do!) you’ll be ready to jump right in!
