Whether you are pregnant, recently had your baby, or it's been a few years since your baby was born, Fit To Her Core has you covered.

Let's be honest...pregnancy and childbirth take a huge toll on your body...especially your core...and yet it gets little to no attention.

The usual advice is to just keep doing what you're doing in terms of exercise during pregnancy, or to simply return to your usual activity at 6 weeks postpartum.

This is NOT good enough!

Hardly anyone talks about EXACTLY what happens to your core during pregnancy, or exactly how you should go about healing it postpartum, so that you aren't plagued with a mommy pooch, core weakness, leaking, back and hip pain, and so you can return to your pre-baby fitness (and life) without worry.

These common core and pelvic floor issues that you may be experiencing are all caused by underlying imbalances and compensations in your postpartum body like poor breathing patterns, poor alignment, poor lifestyle habits, and/or poor use of your muscles.

A Little Bit About Victoria...

 

Victoria is a women's fitness coach from Naples, Florida who helps moms regain their core and pelvic floor fitness, so they can get rid of the 'mommy pooch', feel more at home in their bodies, and return to pre-baby fitness activities (and life!) without worrying about hurting or peeing themselves.

She is also a wife and mom to three kids (two of which were delivered via C-Section) who constantly keep her on her toes!

She absolutely loves working with her mom clients, and it all started when she began working with expecting, new, and more "seasoned" moms while completing her graduate degree.  Her desire to work with this population grew even more after the birth of her first child in 2010.

Having worked with hundreds of moms during the course of her career, Victoria as made it one of her life goals to improve the standard of fitness and care for moms everywhere!
