That I was going to stop the nonsense and reprioritize myself as well as my family because I’m also part of my family!

1:1 Coaching is NOT for you if:
- You are not willing to show up and do the work. I limit the number of 1:1 clients I work with at a time so I can give my very best attention and effort to every client who works with me. That being said, this absolutely requires work on your end. I can’t want these changes for you more than you do. You HAVE to be willing to show up, book your calls, fill out your weekly progress report, do your monthly journaling exercises, get your workouts done, and keep a constant open and honest line of communication with me as your coach.
- You want to count calories, count macros, follow a template, or be told exactly what to eat for every meal and snack instead of learning to take a more intuitive approach that will be more sustainable for the long haul.
- You are not willing to explore and work through the mindset issues and old stories that are holding you back from how you really want to feel and be as a mom. Nutrition, exercise, and daily self-care practices are big pieces of the equation, but without getting your mind right and exploring how your thoughts and beliefs are affecting your currently reality then the changes you so desire won’t happen.
